Are these egg laying events?

Can someone tell me, are these glitches or are there any egg laying events? It's unclear, thank you #newbie #toeggornottoegg

Comment on the video didn't seem to come up on the discussion board... They're not glitches exactly, but they aren't eggs either. Basically when the worm is at the edge of the food patch (where the food tends to be thicker) it makes little piles as it crawls and these can look a bit like eggs.
