another baby but baby came away from the adult worm too far away from the vulva area and there is a bump or two near where the baby came from , towards the tail of the adult worm ????

I think the baby is (partly) hidden behind the adult when the video starts and that looks like a bump. Or maybe the bump is a pile of food between baby and adult.
