Flipping over?

It's a very quick movement, but it looks to me like the worms head end actually flips from one side to the other. Can they do that, or is it something else going on here? The way it moves around, it looks like it has some damaged muscle(?) tissues near the head that are permanently kinked a bit.

Hm, it definitely does start to do some odd stuff around 0:18. I don't know if it's a big thing or not, but it's certainly unique behavior. Good spotting!
