    They are a bit transparent, funny what you start noticing when you get an obvious example! I think the video processing makes them more opaque looking to make them easier to see. This one is a little special though, you found one of my favorite worms. She's found a crack in the food layer and decided to burrow into it, and for some reason that makes all her innards much more visible.
