It's a bit difficult to spot this one right. The lines marking the worm are inaccurate. Not the first time I saw this "problem"

That's definitely a tough one. The lines are drawn in quite a simple way (basically the outline is just found around the largest dark spot in the image) and lots of eggs will make this jagged. In this video I don't think there were any new eggs laid. In general, for the tough ones just do your best to find times when new eggs are laid. Hopefully the average over several people will still give us a decent idea of the true number.
